If you:

- never provided an external email address in Vcard (employees only)
- cannot access your registered external email address
- cannot remember your registered external email address
- Employees and students: Go to the Servicepoint IT with your passport or ID-card.
- Employees only: Contact your Organisation Contact.
- Students only: Go to http://studielink.nl to change your external email address (changes may take up to a day before they are visible).
- have waited for at least 15 minutes but no email has arrived at your private email address
- get an error message
- encounter other technical issues
