I do not know my password (password reset)

It might take a few minutes for an email to arrive. Remember to check your spam folder!

Problems?
If you:
  • never provided an external email address in Vcard (employees only)
  • cannot access your registered external email address
  • cannot remember your registered external email address
then do one of the following:
  • Employees and students: Go to the Servicepoint IT with your passport or ID-card.
  • Employees only: Contact your Organisation Contact.
  • Students only: Go to http://studielink.nl to change your external email address (changes may take up to a day before they are visible).
If you:
  • have waited for at least 15 minutes but no email has arrived at your private email address
  • get an error message
  • encounter other technical issues
then send an email to the Servicedesk IT containing your username and the issue you encountered while using this website.
